Everything you need to know
Follow these steps to get on the road and stay tracked.
Sign Up as a Driver
- 1Go to the Sign Up page from the home screen or the driver login page.
- 2Enter your full name, email address, and choose a password (at least 6 characters).
- 3Click "Create my account." Your unit number is assigned automatically — no need to pick one.
- 4After signing up you'll be taken to your driver dashboard where your unit number is displayed.
Your unit number is assigned automatically and cannot be changed. If you think it's wrong, contact dispatch.
Logging In
- 1Go to the Driver Login page from the home screen.
- 2Enter the email and password you used during signup.
- 3You'll land on your driver dashboard showing your name and unit number.
If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset it via email.
Start GPS Tracking
- 1From your driver dashboard, tap "Start Tracking" or go directly to the Track page.
- 2Enter your vehicle code (e.g. VH-001) when prompted. This was shown on your dashboard.
- 3Tap "Start tracking." The app will request GPS permission — allow it.
- 4Keep this screen open while driving. Your position is sent to dispatch every few seconds.
- 5Tap "Stop" when you're done driving for the day.
Install the app on your phone's home screen for best results — it stays running longer in the background.
Submit End-of-Day Photos
- 1While tracking (or after you stop), scroll down to the "End-of-day photo" section on the Track page.
- 2Tap the file picker and take a photo of the vehicle's condition.
- 3Optionally, add a note describing any issues (e.g. flat tire, low battery).
- 4Tap "Submit photo." It will be uploaded and visible to dispatch.
Photos are timestamped automatically. Take them before parking the vehicle for the night.
Install on Your Phone
- 1iPhone: Open this app in Safari.
- 2Tap the Share button (square with arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Tap "Add to Home Screen" and confirm.
- 4Android: Open this app in Chrome.
- 5Tap the menu button (⋮) in the top right.
- 6Tap "Add to Home screen" and confirm.
Launching from the home-screen icon runs the app full-screen and keeps GPS running longer in the background.
Battery & GPS Tips
- 1Keep your phone charged — GPS uses more battery. Plug in a charger while driving if possible.
- 2GPS accuracy is best outdoors. Tall buildings or parking garages may weaken the signal.
- 3On the web version, don't lock your phone — GPS pauses when the screen turns off. Use the installed app for background tracking.
- 4If you lose cell signal, the app will queue positions and upload them when you reconnect.
Report an Issue
- 1From your driver dashboard, scroll to the "Report an Issue" section.
- 2Tap "Email support" to send a message describing the problem, or use the photo uploader to show the issue visually.
- 3Include your unit number in the email so support can find your account quickly.
For urgent safety issues, call dispatch directly instead of emailing.
