1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Fleet Tracker, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts & access
- You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
- Administrators control role assignments within their organization.
- You will not share credentials, attempt to access another organization's data, or probe the system for vulnerabilities without authorization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service in violation of any law or to track individuals without their knowledge.
- Upload illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service without written permission.
- Interfere with or overload the platform (rate limits and fair-use policies apply).
4. Data ownership
Your organization retains ownership of its data. You grant Fleet Tracker a limited license to process that data to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleet Tracker and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate access for material breach. Upon termination, your organization may request an export of its data within 30 days, after which data may be permanently deleted.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
